What is the difference between VCRNOW and other integrators?

Before we dive in, please note that in our industry, there are a lot of great integrators and there are also some who call themselves integrators, but may not be. It is important to be aware that if a firm claims to be an integrator, they will be members of an organization such as NSCA, Avixa, and NACDB. If they are not members of one of these organizations, you should be extra cautious in working with them. These three organizations listed uphold standards of integrity and continuity of firms within this industry. They ensure that firms prioritize the consumers—not just the profit.

With that said, here are a few things that make us different from our competitors:

• Listening: We listen to you—not talk at you—when we meet to discuss your goals, intentions, and budget. Over the years, we have learned that each project is unique and requires a keen ear to hear the end goals of each client. We do not design projects in a cookie-cutter system, but personalize each one depending on each client’s goals. Our favorite thing to hear at the end of a project is, “you heard what we wanted and delivered it to us.” Hearing this is one of the highest compliments we can receive, and our goal is to accomplish just that—to successfully deliver your goals and wants. 

• Brand Agnostic: At VCRNOW, we do not stock our shelves with an inventory of products and then try to sell each item to our clients. Our design team is continuously evaluating our products to determine how they can be used most efficiently, so most of our products are designed to fill a unique need based on their specifications, quality, and pricing. Over the years, we have worked with some of the best brands in the industry, building a relationship of mutual trust. They know VCRNOW will always represent them with the highest standard possible. It is not a practice of ours to degrade different manufacturers to clients. With this in mind, if a client is insistent on getting a specific product, we will oblige that request with a list of pros and cons for different products of what is being requested for full disclosure. 

• Budget Conscious: VCRNOW has worked for years with clients who have massive budget constraints as well as clients who have open-ended budgets. No matter which side of the financial spectrum clients find themselves in, we want everyone to get the most out of their budgeted dollars. Additionally, we don’t want clients to need product accessories immediately after completing a purchase. It is a team effort to ensure that the EC budget, AVL budget, Networking budget, Security budget, and FFE budget are all within the final budget dollars.
