VCRNOW's help desk is available 24/7 to fully support you with any service or support questions you may have. All you have to do is call 214-446-9102 or email [email protected]. If the problem is urgent, the operator at our help desk will first try to remotely troubleshoot the issue over the phone. If they are unsuccessful, they will immediately contact our local technician to be dispatched to the site within the same business day if possible. 

 

During the installation of your system, our technicians will train your service personnel and production crew to help make everyone comfortable servicing your new system. However, if you have any system problems that need in-person attention, VCRNOW will respond promptly to the on-site service as provided in our warranty. We will source and train a subcontractor located within two hours from your facility, and they will have a minimum of two trained technicians that can work on your system.

 

Whether it is simple maintenance or complex troubleshooting, VCRNOW’s help desk and service technicians are here to assist you with any of your technical needs. If you have a digital location, we can assure you that a service partner is nearby to help.
